Flexible offices

If the FIDA locations are not close to your home or you don't want to work from home, you have the option of using flexible offices throughout Germany via Design Office and Regus. This will not incur any additional costs for you.

If you recommend a new employee to FIDA and they successfully complete their probationary period or induction, you can receive a bonus of up to EUR 4,000.00 gross as a thank you. The amount of the bonus depends on the qualifications of the new colleague.
