FIDA has trust-based working hours. This means that you can arrange your own working hours. You can work full-time (40 hours) or part-time, just as it suits your stage of life. We also have special working time models for interns, working students or dual students.

All employees have the opportunity to work remotely.

At FIDA, in addition to the statutory vacation of 20 working days, there are an additional 10 vacation days per calendar year - so you are entitled to a total of 30 days' vacation.

FIDA's head office is in Gotha at Helenenstraße 3 - but we also have other offices at Bahnhofstraße 3a. You can also find us in Nuremberg - in the Design Office directly at the main railway station - and in Munich / Unterföhring.

Although you are assigned to a fixed place of work (Gotha, Nuremberg or Munich), customer projects may also require you to work outside your usual place of work, e.g. in Coburg, Düsseldorf or Cottbus. Due to the mobile working with us and also with our customers, it is not usual to always be present on site. You can therefore also work from home on a wide variety of projects. We are present at our customers' premises for important project appointments. In addition to expenses, you will also receive double the statutory travel allowance.

Your documents will be checked promptly upon receipt and you will usually receive a response within 48 hours. The entire application process is very streamlined and takes a maximum of 2 weeks.
