The FIDA mentoring program has been tailored precisely to career starters with vocational training or a degree, especially in the fields of (business) mathematics, (business) IT or insurance. The program itself is always geared towards the area or team. However, it always depends on the mentee's previous knowledge and skills.
In an introductory meeting, we agree on the respective learning paths, upcoming topics, prioritization and goals. As a mentee, you will then go through various stages of training, take part in training courses if necessary and be involved in at least one internal project. Your mentor will support you through regular meetings.
The period of mentoring also depends on your requirements. As a rule, the program lasts three to five months. After that, you will be fit for our customers, independent, but never alone.
