Onboarding -
it's that simple
The FIDA onboarding process does not start on the first day of work, but as soon as the employment contract is signed, because from then on, we always stay in contact. Even before the first day of work, future FIDA's are considered with small gifts for Easter, Christmas or the upcoming birthday.
If you encounter any problems with the authorities or have any questions about applying for your Blue Card, we will be happy to help you with advice.
Your first day at FIDA:
The HR and technical colleagues have prepared everything for your first day, you will receive your onboarding starter kit, we will show you the office and, most importantly, the coffee machine. And you will get to know a lot of curious colleagues in your team and elsewhere in the company. We don't expect you to know everyone by name - that's how we felt. By the way, we always welcome questions.
