What can you expect?
In your role as a Data Scientist with us, you will play a central role in our data-driven decision-making, creating complex data analyses and using modern statistical methods to develop predictive models, especially for fraud detection. You will also be responsible for designing and leading training courses in the field of data analytics and data architecture. If you are ready to use your expertise in a dynamic environment and drive our data-based projects forward, then we are looking for you!
What makes you special?
You have enthusiastically completed your studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics, physics, economics or business administration or a comparable field.
You have knowledge of R and/or Python and SQL. Advanced programming skills are a plus.
You have gained initial experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, in particular Apache Spark.
The comprehensible presentation of complex issues is one of your strengths.
Your analytical and conceptual skills are strong.
You communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
As an add-on, you have knowledge of tools and infrastructures such as Jenkins, GITHUB or Eclipse and are familiar with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Additional experience in teaching or training is another plus.
The willingness to occasionally travel through Germany is a matter of course for you.
